A picturesque Moravian town set in open countryside, 30 minutes from Ostrava and around 2 hours from Prague by train. The conference takes place in restored historic venues. Speaker portraits, hotel photos and the map have no upload button.
You put the file in /www/img/ over FTP or
SFTP, then type its filename into the field. Nothing resizes them, so the file you upload is
the file every visitor downloads.
File types
WebP preferred, PNG or JPEG accepted. WebP is roughly a third
the size of a JPEG at the same quality.
Keep under
400 KB each. Nothing enforces this, which is exactly why it
matters: ten unoptimised photos will make the page slow on venue wifi.

Three cards under "Beyond the sessions". Each item takes a name and a distance or duration. Photos go in img/ — filename only.
Limits count paid registrations. Leave a limit empty for no limit; set it to 0 to close a rate. Changing a price does not alter fees already invoiced.

Closes new registration whatever the seat count says. Delegates already
registered keep their codes, the portal and voting. You can still admit someone by hand
from Accounting.
The boost factor weights a voter's own declared domain above the two they score as an outsider. 1.0 = no weighting. Delegates who decline to declare a domain are never boosted.
Sponsor logos · Loga partnerů
The strip at the foot of the landing page. Logos scroll continuously, pause when
someone hovers over them, and fall back to a static grid for anyone who has asked their browser
for reduced motion. A sponsor with no logo is skipped, so you can add the row now and the
artwork later.
They are shown in grey and come to full colour on hover, which keeps a mixed set looking
deliberate rather than ransom-note.
What to upload · Co nahrát
File types
PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF. PNG with a transparent background is best,
because the strip sits on a dark panel and a white JPEG box will show as a white box.
Maximum size
8 MB and 8000 px on either side. The server refuses anything
larger. Most logos are well under 200 KB.
Ideal dimensions
480 × 200 px or larger, with the wordmark trimmed close to the
artwork. Extra empty margin inside the file becomes empty space in the strip.
What happens
Scaled to fit inside 480 × 200, aspect ratio kept, never cropped,
never enlarged beyond its original size. Saved as PNG with transparency preserved.
Displayed at
Up to 56 px tall and 190 px wide on the landing page, in greyscale until hover.
Tall or square logos
Fine. A square mark simply lands 200 px wide rather than 480. If a
sponsor has both a stacked and a horizontal version, the horizontal one fills the space better.
Landing page photographs
The wide photograph behind the title, and the quiet band above the
footer. Both are shown as full-width backgrounds, so the browser crops them to fit
the screen: nothing is cropped on upload.

Band framing
Anchored to the top of the photograph. Put the subject high in the frame
Replacing a photograph deletes the previous
one and gives the new file a fresh name, so browsers show it immediately rather than
serving the old one from cache.
Passcode
Changing the passcode here takes effect immediately and does not
need access to the server. At least 10 characters.
Recovery codes
Ten single-use codes. Any one of them resets the passcode without the
server, without email and without help. Print them and keep them in your
wallet, because a list left at home is no use in Příbor.
How they work
Each code works once, then it is spent. They are stored only as hashes, so this list
cannot be read back later, not by you and not by anyone who steals the database.
Generating a new set immediately cancels the old one.
Email sending
Normally set once in the configuration file. Change it here only if the
mailbox password changes and you cannot reach the server. Leave the password blank
to keep the one already stored.
If the test fails
The error from the mail server is shown as it was given, because the fix depends on
which one it is. Authentication failed means the username or password
is wrong. Connection refused means the host or port is wrong, or the
server is blocking outbound mail. Sending works but nothing arrives, means it reached
the inbox and was filed as spam, which is what DKIM and DMARC are for.
Site mode · Rezim webu
Announcement shows dates, place and theme only. No registration,
no programme, no venue, no leisure, and the API does not serve that content at all.
Live shows the full page and registration follows its window.
Switching back to announcement deletes nothing. Registrations already taken,
ballots and abstracts are untouched, and the delegate portal stays reachable
at #portal so anyone holding a code can still vote.

A working conference code for rehearsing the delegate portal. It signs in,
scores products and submits ballots exactly like a real delegate, but it is flagged as a
test: nothing it does reaches the TRIDENT Score™, the ballot counts or any export.
Reset it to walk the flow again.
